The design categories above or below will take you to afghans of that style or color combination. An entirely different look can be created by using one, more, or different colors. Squares can be alternated with solid (row) panels; rows can be in multiple colors, etc...  If you don't find something you like, and have a particular design or color scheme in mind, or desire a different size of afghan, please contact me as I would be happy to fill your custom order.

Rows: Rows are crocheted on top of rows across the width or length of the afghan until the desired length or width of the afghan is reached.

Squares: Squares, or other motifs, of a certain size (or sizes) are either sewn together with yarn into panels, which are then sewn to each other, or the squares are crocheted to each other until the afghan is the desired size.

Ripple: Also known as a zig-zag pattern. The design is made up of high and low points of various distance in rows going across the width of the afghan.

Panel: Unlike squares, the entire length of the panel is crocheted as a single piece. The panels are then sewn together with yarn, or crocheted to each other, until the desired width is attained.

Color 1: Single, solid colors

Color 2: Crocheted with two colors

Multi: Crocheted with three or more colors
